Text meets Voice – Chatbot Summit 2019
As last year, OnFore was joining the Chatbot Summit in Berlin again to meet with customers and partners.
Customer service is changing: topics like chatbot and voice control are on everyone’s lips. Digital assistants are increasingly taking on customer dialog. And the development does not stand still.
What is a chatbot?
A chatbot is an A.I. computer programsdesigned to behave like a human to collect information or get things done.
They are text-based dialog systems that are common on websites or in instant messaging Services
What is a voicebot?
a language-based dialogue system. The Use of the voice interface is made possible by using text-to-speech and speech-to-text Technology.
An example of this are digital voice assistants like Alexa.
Not so easy to keep track of. What has happened in the bot market and what opportunities will open up for customer service in the future?
